Dibuat dari bahan komposit yang didukung oleh mesin tunggal tipe piston dan dilengkapi Ground Control Station tunggal sebagai pusat control. Wulung memiliki kemampuan untuk melakukan Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR).
